Bob Jensen was the service manger who handled my request at the end April, the following is what transpired: 1) I filled out the service form on-line and submitted it along with the requested date * A not at the end April, the following is what transpired: 1) I filled out the service form on-line and submitted it along with the requested date * A note was left on the steering wheeler to repair the glove box and replace the weather strip at the rear of the vehicle 2) The submitted items requested to be repaired/checked were not accomplished when I was contacted the next day to pick up my vehicle. I was told by Mr. Jensen that there was no repair sheet submitted, I assured Mr. Jensen that it was indeed submitted and I provided the date of confirmation. 3)Mr. Jensen told me he would have order the strip. Since school was out for that week I left my vehicle there, Mr. Jensen stated the part needed to be ordered. 4) I could not contact Mr. Jensen about the status of the strip, I had an incredibly difficult time contacting Mr. Jensen. I would place a call every 3 hrs, every other day. I requested to talk a Supervisory Service Manager to lodge a complaint. With in 15 mins he called me back, And the part had not arrived yet. I believe it was Friday afternoon when I finally paid for the requested repairs, Mr. Jensen assured me it should only be a 2-3 day wait for the part. I was never contacted that part had come in. 5) On Thursday July 14 I had “Maintenance Required” message on my display”Contact Dealer”, I brought the vehicle in and waited at the dealership for over 4 hrs, the young man who I know was in training came out in 2 hrs and said my vehicle was finished, He told me the oil change performed that morning would cost approximately $90, I was not notified or asked if I would like have this task performed. 6) If my previous paperwork from April would have been reviewed they would have noted I had a oil changed performed for $103 at the end of April, The shorter female Service Manger really jumped in and took care of business, huge Kudos to her. 7) In passing while talking to her I mentioned that Mr. Jensen said he ordered the strip that was requested at the April Appt. She told Mr. Jensen to go to the parts department and check on the part. 8) The part was there, I waited another 2+hrs for the installation, I was never contacted by Mr. Jensen or any other employee. **This is the first time in 4 years I have been bringing my vehicle in for service that I left this disappointed** ***The Average Rating I selected was not lower because of the professional and timely service received prior to what I can only hope is a couple isolated incidents.*** I would definitely encourage any type of response on these issues. Sold me an extended warranty which was guaranteed to allow a plow to be professionally installed, transmission blew 8months after purchasing the truck. Was told 3 weeks after it sat there that my warranty was voided from plow which I was assured was covered at time of purchase. Took 5 more weeks to get an answer on what steps will be taken. Long story short, transmission was replaced and was paid for by the refund I was suppose to get for the false warranty sale, no warranty on truck now, and now I have about a 14” gouge in my tailgate which they say “couldn’t have been us. All vehicles for through an extensive curiosity inspection” but when I ask to see footage of their lots in the area of my truck they quickly tell me the footage must’ve been accidentally deleted. Kiss my xxx DePaula, I’ll NEVER be doing any type of business there ever again. More
