I'm very dispointed with Depaula service department I have gone to complain to Vice President now of operation lets see if he gets anything done. in mean time I have a car that i'm refuse to drive it until its fixed right. if cant fix refund my money sales guy has even stopped helping me i feel. i'm done with Depaula and if VP dont due anything time to make complaint with GM and BBB and Federal Trade Commission and get lawyer involved. hope it does not come to that... I went in for a warranty and they said I didn't have a warranty. This happens every time I go in there. And then magically they will eventually find the warranty paperwork. And by the way, this was a scheduled appointment with the vehicle that I purchased there and had tires put on there. They always lose the history of my automobiles. More

The salesman were pleasant and efficient however they didn’t have enough staff to have someone go out with me on my test drive so they sent me alone. When I got in the car there was no gas, the gas light didn’t have enough staff to have someone go out with me on my test drive so they sent me alone. When I got in the car there was no gas, the gas light was on so I was afraid to take the car more than a couple of miles. When I purchased the car I asked them if they were going to fill the car up with gas before I picked it up and I asked again when I did pick it up and both times they said yes. I got in the car and started out onto Central when I realized they had only out a half a tank of gas in the car. At that point I was already on the road so I didn’t go back but I think it’s pretty bad when a customer buys a $20,000 car and they couldn’t be bothered to fill the tank up. More
