Jim went over and above to show my wife and I vehicles and answered questions quickly, promptly and without the need to go "ask someone who knows". Ike Dean took care of me trading in my vehicle for "new" pre-owned one. They actually went to a different lot of theirs to give me the best option and could not have made the process easier. I bought a beautiful used Subaru from this dealer and after a few weeks I noticed the orange paint peeling in multiple locations of the car and the vehicle is only a year old. I researched online the or after a few weeks I noticed the orange paint peeling in multiple locations of the car and the vehicle is only a year old. I researched online the orange paint of these vehicles and found out it was a known issue so I contacted the Dean Team to see how to get it fixed before it caused rust issues. I was told to take multiple photos and submit them for review to Annie and she would assist getting this fixed. I did exactly as Annie asked but then Eric got involved and directed me to take it to a Subaru dealership closer to my home for inspection of paint issues. Once again I followed instructions and Meredith at another location kindly assisted and agreed the paint was peeling and it was a known issue. I reached back out to Annie and Eric and they told me the other dealership had to help me get this fixed. I reached out to Meredith and she told me the dealership I just purchased my car from had to fix it. Very frustrating and after 45 days nothing was done to assist. I finally called the corporate office myself and they told me the dealership would have to submit an estimate of costs to fix this known issue. Eric and Annie told me to go back to local dealership to get estimate which I did. I shared this estimate with Eric and Annie over a week ago and never heard anything. I just reached out via email to check to see if the Dean team submitted the estimate to corporate and here is Eric's very unprofessional reply: Once again….and hopefully for the last time. It must be done by the dealer that inspected it. I am shocked that we have been treated this way by this dealership and I guess I will have to call corporate again to see if I can do all of this myself. I will never purchase a used vehicle or any vehicle from the Dean Team again! More

Today's car buying market is totally crazy but Matt made sure he did everything he could to see me in a new car at a great price. My son turns 16 soon and we already already asked Matt with the process. We think this is just the beginning of a long car-client relationship with Dean Team. More

I had no intention of buying Team in Ballwin. From the moment I stepped onto the dealership he was there to greet me and simply answer my questions. I had no intention of buying however he encouraged me to take a car for a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle. We had pretty specific requests regarding color and trim level and Dave was able to find one that was exactly what we wanted. To cap it off, Dave came in on his day off to help us finalize our purchase and trade in and he was positive and courteous throughout the entire process. I'm very pleased with the service we received from the initial process all the way through the finance process. More
