Great experience buying a new car from Corey Dickerson at Dean Team Subaru. We drove and shopped the SUV's we were interested in and decided to stop and shop the Subaru Outback. Corey met us at the door and we were glad that he did. It was the most pleasant experience we have ever had purchasing a new car. Corey was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We were "just looking" and planning on digesting all the brands/SUVS and then making our choice and dealing on the new car. After we drove the Subaru Outback, talked price and trade-in (which we generally never do as we think we get a better price selling our vehicles ourselves) we bought the Outback. A big part of the decision to buy was Corey! Corey seemed generally interested in helping us get the car we wanted at the best price. Jason Moore in the Finance Department was also great and got us in and out quickly. I would strongly recommend Corey and the Dean Team for anyone interested in buying a car. More

Upon meeting with Ed Gerardo, and prior to our test drive, Ed explained and demonstrated the major features and benefi with Dean Subaru was the best. This has never happened in my experience; most dealerships throw you the keys and you are on your own. Ed knows his Subarus . Rather than high pressure, Ed listened, responded in a professional advisory manner. Dean Team Subaru is to commended for their ability to employ quality sales staff. The negotiation process went well and final price was reasonable. More
My experience in this purchase was flawless, mainly attributable to the salesman, Sam Goevert. Sam went the extra mile, literally AND figuratively, in driving to Bloomsdale take me up to ballwin in ord attributable to the salesman, Sam Goevert. Sam went the extra mile, literally AND figuratively, in driving to Bloomsdale take me up to ballwin in order to close, as the ETA on the Crosstrek had run long. Sam took me through each facet which I was unfamiliar with on the new vehicle, explaining each function perfectly. Having been in the business myself for a quarter century I've had every possible line of xx thrown my way over the years on new car purchases. This deal was 180 degrees diametrically opposed. At a mere 25years old Sam has an excellent future as a salesman; SALES being the operative word. In my first call to Dean Subaru I told them what I wanted, I was a cash buyer with no trade & they said they'd beat any other dealer by $200. They asked what I'd been quoted at the others & upon giving those figures they actually did better than their first $200 statement. I posted the deposit over the phone, picked up my cashier's check at my bank & the rest is history. As far as the Crosstrek is concerned: IT'S PHENOMENAL!!! More
