I can not begin to express The joy I had in words with the experience of surprising my wife with the exact Tiguan that I was looking for. Tony was my salesman. Fantastic guy. There was never any pressure, whatsoever, even when signing the final papers with the financial director. I also must add that the service department is top-notch also. We have been to this dealership several times for service on a previous Volkswagen and dealt with Scott. Wonderful service advisor. The whole atmosphere in this dealership was warm and peaceful. Walter was extremely patient and we had some very specific needs in a vehicle to accommodate some health issues.
