Worth the 8 Hour drive to shop w/ the Dean Team!! My wife and I were in the market for a VW Atlas. We tried working with our local dealers in Michigan but the service was poor and they tried to get us My wife and I were in the market for a VW Atlas. We tried working with our local dealers in Michigan but the service was poor and they tried to get us to purchase what was on their lots despite the fact they available vehicles did not match our preferences. I contacted Matt Hampton in the fall of 2018 looking for a very specific Atlas. The Atlas I was looking for was not available as a stock vehicle in any dealerships across the US. Matt suggested instead of changing our preferences that we order a 2019 with our options. I was a bit uneasy about putting things off since we had to wait 2 months just to place the order and then a 2/3 month turn around after ordering. Everything turned out great!!! Matt contacted me when it was time to place the order, he verified all my options, let me know the price of the order. Matt contacted me when the vehicle arrived, we worked out some discounted pricing, Matt also was able to get me an additional $500.00 off do to my affiliation with a VW partner. Matt was able to get me a trade in Value on my 2017 Honda all over phone and email. We settled on price and trade. Matt completed as much paperwork as possible and we drove in picked up the car, traded our car, easy! Everything that Matt said would happen - happened, no surprises. Matt spent a good hour after closing showing us every possible thing we asked him, he gave a great walk through of all features. He knows his stuff!! Matt actually offered to pick us up at the airport if we were not trading in a car. Since we were trading in car he offered to meet us at a dealer halfway. We were heading his way anyway. Great Service on Subaru Ascent I previously drove a Subaru Outback but was looking for something with a third row.
