Volkswagen Atlas maintenance I brought my Volkswagen Atlas to the new Dean Team facility for maintenance because my passenger airbag light was on. Paul Fix was my Service Adviso I brought my Volkswagen Atlas to the new Dean Team facility for maintenance because my passenger airbag light was on. Paul Fix was my Service Advisor and the experience could not have been better. The airbag issue was addressed, oil changed, and tires rotated. They also realized Volkswagen had issued a recall and that was addressed. They gave me a car to use while the car was worked on, and my car was returned to me clean. More

Really Great Experience Buying A New VW In the past, we had heard some less than stellar stories about the Dean Team. However, we were interested in a VW Atlas, and showed up during a busy In the past, we had heard some less than stellar stories about the Dean Team. However, we were interested in a VW Atlas, and showed up during a busy Saturday to check them out. When we got there, we were greeted by our funny and friendly salesperson, Ryan Troll. Ryan was outstanding to work with, and took his time showing us all of the features and differences between models, even though he was working with other customers as well. He never tried to pressure us, or made us feel uncomfortable, and only assisted us with trying to make a good decision. I'm sure that there are other good salespeople at the store, but I can't imagine anyone there being better than him. He personally made the experience of buying a car fun. Ryan and his Sales Manager, Scott Roberts, made a great deal on an Atlas. We were very happy! We financed the car, and worked with Dustin Westhoff on this portion. Dustin continued the incredible experience by pleasantly laying out our options, and allowing us to make the best decision for us. Again, we never felt pressured, and he really made us feel confident in our decisions, and provided additional information that we didn't think of, which will save us money. When we were all done and enjoying the new Atlas, Ryan continued to follow up with us to ensure that we were still happy and satisfied with our experience. We look forward to working with everyone again in the future for our next car! More

Out of town experience I was out of town and needed to have some recalls fixed on my car. They got me right in and took care of it. They also went through my car and noticed I was out of town and needed to have some recalls fixed on my car. They got me right in and took care of it. They also went through my car and noticed I needed tires very badly. They put them on and when I went to pick up my car I was extremely happy with my bill.
