We took our 2005 Subaru outback into the Dean Team Subaru/Volkswagen dealer in Ballwin Missouri because we were having a lot of issues. As soon as we walked into service Annie took care of us. She off Subaru/Volkswagen dealer in Ballwin Missouri because we were having a lot of issues. As soon as we walked into service Annie took care of us. She offered us a loaner car, which we took advantage of. She called the next day to tell us that it was going to cost over $8000. She advised us to contact the Subaru advocacy center to see if maybe we could get some financial help because it was under 100,000 miles. We contacted the advocacy center but they weren’t going to help. Annie also talked to them but it didn’t help either. We told Annie we were considering either leasing or buying a vehicle and that’s when she sent us to Sam. Sam was very helpful in advising us and we have decided to lease a new vehicle. They are letting us use the loaner car until the new car arrives. We are extremely satisfied with Annie, Sam and all of The Dean Team. We didn’t even purchase our 2005 Outback from them and we were treated like lifelong customers. We will now be lifelong customers and will recommend them to our friends and family. More
