Excellent Service! We had an issue with a tire that I just bought a couple months ago and I was NOT super happy with the dealership service (before Scott took over) and We had an issue with a tire that I just bought a couple months ago and I was NOT super happy with the dealership service (before Scott took over) and they fixed everything well without charging me since it's a brand new tire. I purchased a used vehicle from Delray Buick, Ralph Nahmod (Service Manager) was tremendous in supporting me and ensuring the vehicle was in great shape as I drove it off of the lot. I can’t say enough Nahmod (Service Manager) was tremendous in supporting me and ensuring the vehicle was in great shape as I drove it off of the lot. I can’t say enough positive things about him. If you’re looking for service on your vehicle I would look to Ralph and his team. Greg (Used Sales Mgr) and Vlad (Sales lead) helped with the sale and were efficient, honest and did the pre work to seamlessly arrive, complete the final paper work and drive off of the lot.
