Great Service I have always been completely satisfied w/ the service department at Don Ayres. Not only are the service techs knowledgeable and friendly, but the wo I have always been completely satisfied w/ the service department at Don Ayres. Not only are the service techs knowledgeable and friendly, but the work is quick and done right the first time. Their waiting area is equipped with a TV, phone charging stations and free beverages. The whole experience is pleasant and I never feel like it is an inconvenience. I would recommend them to anyone. As far as sales go, I have always worked w/ Chris Demetriades and he has been great. He is always checking to see how I am doing and if I have any issues w/ my vehicle. He will go the extra mile to get me the deal I am looking for and he always does it w/ a positive attitude. I went to the dealership with 3 of my 4 youngest children in tow. I was immediately greeted and introduced to my sales person Lori Nicola. She was great! A perfect match for us on our van shopping adventure. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly patient! All of the sales people, Sales Managers, and Finance, were friendly, professional, and again most importantly patient! I saw the 2013 Silverado online and the price seemed like a great deal. I called and talked to Clevland and explained to him that I live 150 miles from the dealership and that I did not want to drive all that way if there were flaws not pictured online. He walked around the vehicle and told me about every minor flaw and even took a video and sent it to me. When I got to the dealership and saw the vehicle, the condition was exactly as what Clevland said it was. After a test drive of the vehicle, I met with Ryan to settle up payment and all the paperwork was ready for me to sign as we had discussed the details the day prior to my arrival. I was in and out with a test drive in 45 minutes. More
