New standard Before our arrival to Donohoo we were mentally prepareed to spend half the day towards the purchase of a new vehicle and tense negotiations. Neither of the above was true for our experience at Donohoo. We were in and out with our new vehicle in under 2 hours. We were greeted by the two front desk ladies who handed us the keys for a test drive. We were surprised to see that there weren't any sales force hovering the parking lot. The pricing is set to avoid negotiations so all parties involved feel they are getting a good deal, no haggling required. Overall the whole process is streamlined and efficient and I wish more dealerships would copy Donohoo's structure. Donohoo has set the bar high for my future car buying experiences. More

Best Automobile buying experience...Easy...Laid back.. This was by far the best Dealership experience that we have ever encountered. We had no idea what to expect when we brought a list of Acura's stock This was by far the best Dealership experience that we have ever encountered. We had no idea what to expect when we brought a list of Acura's stock numbers to Melissa Montoya. She handled our request with such accuracy. Amazing how she arranged with our car puller each time to have the Acura pulled up to the door, A/C was on, car was ready to drive. Awesome! Not having to wait on keys, a salesman, wait on the car to cool, and not having to wait on gas to be put in the car. Yes, this was heaven for sure.. We returned the car to the designated area. Melissa had another car waiting. Really? Sam had the car ready again. When we picked the car we liked, we met with Jonathan. He was great as well, not pushy at all. Financing went smooth. Papers were signed quickly with the Closing Agent, Tina. When we finished, Eric was waiting for us to go over all the details regarding the car. He knew it all! He even set up all the little things that are hard to set. He knew we had a drive back home, so he took his time and got it all set.. What an awesome crew! Mr. Eric Jones was whom Recently, I made my second purchase from Donohoo Auto and it was just as good as the first. Car buying here is like no other! Mr. Eric Jones was whom I dealt with and he was excellent. I was an out-of-town buyer and Eric checked the car out I was interested in and gave a detailed report that was as good as being there yourself. Of course the test drive and then the purchase paperwork (Thanks Becky) were no hassle whatsoever. But the little things are also important to me, such as- having the car detailed, sending you home with a full tank, making sure you have the temp tag, making sure your fobs both work properly. If you are purchasing from a dealer, it is in your best interest to check them out. More
