Today I had an appointment for my SUV I got. Because my last appointment the service adviser Justin told me that if I had any other issues with how it’s shifting to bring it back. I had at my husbands shop the week before to have the oil changed and we noticed that the rear main seal was leaking. We cleaned the underside of my car. Today when I took my car in I get told nothing is wrong with it and that the technician that worked on my vehicle sprayed the underside because it was leaking oil. Mind you the oil plug and oil filter is not near my rear main seal and that’s where it’s leaking. Calls me tells me nothing is wrong. Then why did you clean it cuz it was clean from the oil change. I was in the garage at my husbands shop when he completed the work and I helped him with it as well. My husband being a certified mechanic knows what he is doing he has been wrenching for over 30 years. To tell me he doesn’t know what he is talking about and making me look like a dumb xxx as well when I also work in automotive. So to have a service writer say I don’t know basically what I am talking about when I do is wrong. Then to rack a customer when they are on a budget to begin with to make a payment then you want 425.00 for a inspection fee is ridiculous. When the customer knows for a fact that the vehicle is leaking. I bought my vehicle in November 2025 and had nothing but problems with it since I bought it. First none of my TPMS sensors worked and the light comes on after I buy it and started driving home having to turn around. Chip in my windshield that should have been filled that wasn’t that is not starting to spider, then the transmission slipping and slamming into gear with them completing a transmission flush to getting it back and a month later is doing the same thing to now my rear main. I get it’s used but for a service writer to say nothing is wrong. I think your technicians are lazy and don’t like working or completing certain jobs. And your advisor Justin I’m not happy at all with right now. Since when does a dealer charge per job. Cuz I have called 5 different dealers here they have 1 fee and a fee for different jobs.. get real. I keep taking here because when I brought it I was told I had to bring it here for any type of warranty work. Then I get told I don’t have too. So what is the truth. I’ll never be able to get my car back with them taking out my car payment and then having to pay the outrageous bill service is going to charge me cuz they say NOTHING is wrong when I seen it with my own two eyes. I pointed it out to my husband, and feel it shifting funny and whining when trying to xxxx when getting on the highway when it’s cold. I call to talk to the manager for the department and he avoids me too. Just ridiculous. . What some xxxxty customer service. More
