You really do get the real deal at Dorsch. My husband and I had been mulling over getting a new vehicle for a while because his Nissan was starting to take a turn on us. I had wanted to go elsewhere, as I had family connections at a different dealership; since we live in Howard, he had suggested we take a look at Dorsch on Lineville Road. We were not disappointed. Gene met us on the lot and talked to us like we were family, not just customers looking to buy a vehicle. We were in a bind because my husbands car was worth less than what was owed on it, and we were up front on the upside-down payment right away. That didn't scare Gene. He took us for a test drive in the F150 and after test driving our trade in, he told us without hesitation that Dorsch would be willing to match the price that another dealership had given us for trade in value. It was about 6p when we decided that we would like to purchase the truck, and Gene made it so that we were able to drive it off the lot that day. He sat us down with Mark in financial who was able to take what was owed on the trade in, and along with a small down payment, got us a great interest rate and a newer, reliable vehicle. The made the process so easy, and the payments manageable. We hadn't planned on the process being so worry free we hadn't brought the extra Nissan key with us, and were able to come in the next day to drop it off. George made us both feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted and what my budget was. He provided options and was very patient. I test drove only two cars. George was prepared to ride around all day with me, but it only took two. George synced up my cell phone for me and showed me how to use the technology the car was equipped with. George was easy to talk to and really broke down the barriers I had up when I walked into the dealership. I'm from the U.P. of Michigan and this dealership is 3 hours from where I live, but I bought a car anyway. The service was outstanding. My mom and I were both treated with care and respect by every person we encountered.
