I'd prefer not to. I will say this. If you say you are going to test drive someone's car, actually do it. I shouldn't have to check the myVW app to see that the car was I will say this. If you say you are going to test drive someone's car, actually do it. I shouldn't have to check the myVW app to see that the car wasn't driven and have to call a manager to do it. Please also make customer service training mandatory. A customer should not feel like they are spoken to in a condescending manner. I will only be returning to Douglas again to return my lease and that is all. I will no longer deal with the service department here and it's sad because I've been a customer here for over ten years. Friendly, there have been no major issues with the car, so it's just been the standard upsell on the tire rotation ($70) and wheel alignment ($130). They can't fix the Bluetooth connection issue. I never expected that the job of testing and replacing a ac compressor would have taken almost 2 weeks, I don't think that my atlas is the first ac compressor that you replaced. I have been going to Douglas for a long time, but this service was unacceptable.If you know that the job is going take that long, suggest the customer get a loner car right from the beginning. More
