I was met first thing in the morning by James, my appointment for a recall repair was all set paperwork ready and James brought out a loaner car for the day so I could get to work. The repair work was performed and the parts for 2 other recalls were ordered for a later date. The inspection of my car during the recall was something I didn't know would take place. But that turned out to be very helpful. I and a DYI home garage repair kind of guy. I have 285K miles on my CRV and have done 85% of the work required to keep it running. I want to thank the folks at Dover Honda for helping me out to identify some more work that I had not fully been aware of from the inspection. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Please note that my Wife and I have purchased 3 new cars from Dover Honda and have always felt that we chose the right dealership. My recent visit helped to confirm that. More
