I came to Dover Honda looking to purchase a used Volvo. When I left they assured me that they would call me if the vehicle was purchased. Not only was the vehicle purchased but they did not tell me. I will not be coming back, I received the worst customer service possible and they were incredibly rude to not even give me a courtesy call. Most are decent, only one dealer near us in Maine seemed dubious and overeager, which is what prompted us to ta a few Honda dealers over the years. Colleen was great basically until I signed the papers, then dropped the ball at every turn since! It took 5 days to be told I needed to put the new car on my insurance in order for the process of registra then dropped the ball at every turn since! It took 5 days to be told I needed to put the new car on my insurance in order for the process of registration to complete. This was only because I called to follow up so I am curious to know when I would have been notified if I didn't call. Then the next day I was told it was taken care of for registration but the processing may take another week. Three days after that, I get a message that the RTA form was not filled out and I needed to do it. Well I called my insurance and they said no, it's the dealership's responsibility and it was sent to them 3 days ago. The next day they took care of it. I paid my first payment and signed the papers on the 8th so it has been 11 days and I was told today I still need to wait 5 more. This is unacceptable customer service will never come here again! More
