Service was efficient and the staff were very friendly. I used the Express Lane since I only needed an oil change. It took only 30 minutes which was even less than expected. Pricing was also fair. Ethan didn’t seem to have much knowledge about the Honda Ridgeline that we were looking at to purchase. Our insurance agent ended up emailing Ethan the binder for us to purchase the Ridgeline however, when Ridgeline that we were looking at to purchase. I can never just walk in there and know what’s happening with my car in spite of having a message saying it is done. Go to this counter then go to the other one and three people sitting there but no greetin with my car in spite of having a message saying it is done.
