Jeep Grand Cherokee I went to the dealership because I had a Green Honda that I was quite bored of, especially being that I’ve had it for three years. I always thought I went to the dealership because I had a Green Honda that I was quite bored of, especially being that I’ve had it for three years. I always thought the Grand Cherokee was such a beautiful and masculine car. I went into the dealership at the end of July and met Mr Anthony Schmidt. Anthony was very friendly and knew the answer to every question that I had in regards to the process and the vehicle. Anthony let me drive the vehicle around their course in the Bronx and showed me all of the features of the vehicle. No feature went undiscovered. That was when I fell in love with the white 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee! I was on the fence about making the purchase that evening because I was without my husband and did not want to make any big financial decisions without him. I told Anthony that I would come back the next day with my husband in which I did. Me and my husband decided that we were going to get the Jeep! We were there from the start to the finish in which we met with several people in between. The fastest part was talking with the finance guy who went over the lease and who explained everything I asked him as well. This time I was a bit more equipped with questions because now this was my second lease. Usually when you get a new car, you can be in the dealership ALL day long , but we were gone within a few hours. We worked out the price because I did not want to put an enormous amount of money down since we are expecting a baby anyway now. My payments are only $112 more than what I had been paying for my 2016 Honda hrv. After the deal was made, we waiting while the plates were switched over to the new car and we had time to transfer the personal items out. It was a bit nostalgic as I waved good bye to that green Honda which took me many places over the years. But Anthony and his team were always very professional and did whatever they could to make sure that my needs as a customer were met. I’m already thinking about coming back to this dealership when my current Jeep lease is over. I also wanted to add that Anthony returned my car back to Honda and the final five lease payments were made promptly to the company by Jeep! They are about their business and do everything within their power for you. I am very thankful and I now get to enjoy my beautiful white Jeep Grand Cherokee with ALL of its impressive features. So happy I made the switch. More

Nothing changed.**** t's all about the money for the service reps and manager. How would any of you feel if you brought your car here for service and after back and forth with the warranty for two full weeks, nothing is fixed on the car but I'm gonna have to pay $409 to get it back? That is wicked and I in my wheelchair try to explain to Yasmin the service rep and Frank the service manager that this don't look good for a big company like dodge ripping of a poor man like me For $ 409 for a car that's value around $2000. Like I explained to them I am not looking for pity.. I just think it's unfair and unreasonable. With that in mind, I am not going to be the person to encourage anybody to go here or mske any reccommendations.. especially the service department. I haven't even complain about all the other times when I they keep your vehicles for long hours and days while they take their own little time to fix it.. also that other time whem they want charge me for fixing ac.a. but it was still blowing hot air. I wish I could get an audience with the general manager to let him know my full experience and this place.. it's mostly not good.. and must make lot of imrovement or will loose lot of potrntial and present customers.
