All are very nice and helpful at this facility. We are confident in their expertise and service. The only negative was that we had an 11 a.m. appointment so we dropped off the car and planned to r We are confident in their expertise and service. The only negative was that we had an 11 a.m. appointment so we dropped off the car and planned to return when finished. We hadn’t heard anything for 3 hours so we called to check on progress. We were told they thought we would pick up at 5 p.m. so nothing had been done on the car. Fortunately, our car was moved up in the line and would be done in an hour and a half, which it was. We should have made clear that we wanted it as if we were waiting in the facility. That was our fault. We assumed that since we had a set appointment, it would be done in a few hours. Overall, happy with explanations and service. More
