We went to several area dealerships to find what we were looking for. We found the specific vehicle we were looking for at 3 different dealers. Took my Prius for an oil change, went to pay and learned they changed my engine and cabin air filters without my permission. I didn't approve and didn't want. They clearly spent millions on the new facility; too bad the whole service doesn't quite match it. I had an appointment for 5K service, and was in and out in less than an hour. Awesome. However, their complimentary car wash is quite lacking. I don't expect a full detail, but I don't want water spots all over my brand new vehicle. You will definitely need to take your own towel to get the excess water off. Also, when it was finished, they parked it near one of those trees that drops the pollen. So the freshly washed car had water and pollen spots all over it. Unacceptable. Hopefully, they'll learn to treat our vehicles like their own. More
