Miguel was fantastic! Toyota & more service providers need someone as detail oriented like Miguel. Listened to my concern the first time & was able to recommend Dave to test drive with me. Their service has gone downhill I have bee a loyal customer of Elk Grove Toyota for 20years with three Toyota vehicles (two of which I still bring to them). Have always had stellar service until Jason was moved. The last few times I've come in for service the handling of my vehicle and the customer service by the Service Managers has slowly gotten worse. I have been letting little things slide the past few years... I get it people have bad days, they're busy whatever. My last visit there 3/5-3/6 was terrible. Sick days, bad days... I'm still a PAYING CUSTOMER. The only reason I give it one star is because at least the service guy who checked in my vehicle the night before, Anthony, was very nice and courteous. My assigned service manager/advisor was out sick and they literally "forgot" about my vehicle. I called three times on the day of service... I wasn't informed that my service advisor wasn't in until my 6pm call. Then the girl got rude with me and told me that I needed to call back the next day when she had more service advisors in. I was like, um... NO YOU need to call ME considering I've called multiple times and no one could be bothered to update me. Of course I did NOT receive a call by noon the next day so I called to ask what the heck was happening and if they were just holding my truck hostage. The service manager Brian called back about two hours later all... uh well I guess we dropped the ball.. I'm having a guy look at it now. Gee thanks. Who knows if they ACTUALLY did the work. I may have paid for absolutely nothing but a truck wash! Three hours after Brian's lame call, I got a shady response of well my tech says its a pin that tends to break on Tundra's and just makes that noise bcs some $1400part broke but you really don't need it. And we can't replicate the tire sensor issues. It's showing fine. Oh and we did the other work. What- at this point I give up. I picked up my truck and it had their seat protector, plastic sheets and trash in it. I mean I get it... it's a truck and I have a bunch of horse and kid crap in there but really? You can't toss your own trash before I pick it up? 20 plus years and multiple vehicles of loyal service and this is how I am treated as a customer. I am doubtful I'll ever return. What happened to the pervious service advisors?!?! I NEVER had any problems with Rocky or Jason. I'll have to call the Sacramento and Roseville Toyota's to see if they have moved there. This place has definitely changed for the worse. :( UNLESS anyone has any other recommendations for a place that ISN"T ELK GROVE TOYOTA????? More

I’m assuming this review is regarding my last visit for my Bluetooth. Jeannette was awesome! A+ for her customer service. She went out her way to try and help me fix the problem. When I picked up my vehicle the answer I received was my Bluetooth wasn’t working and that’s it. Not until I expressed my dissatisfaction, did I get a chance to talk to Mark and then he referred me to Jeannette. I’m only rating the sales because this review will not let me move forward. More
