We took it for a test drive and sales person was helpful and friendly. We decided to purchase the car and when we were filling out the paperwork, we asked if there was a 2nd key. He was quite sure there was. In the end there was no second key and the working key was damaged (we should have noticed this when we test drove). It was tricky using the unlock button. It would have been nice if this would have been disclosed before purchasing the car. It was not a dealbreaker, but we did end up spending $140 on a new key from Honda. Also, price was firm, no negotiating, which is not uncommon with Hondas and Toyotas. Other than the key issue, the sales department was professional and accommodating as they held the car for us as we drove one hour to Elk Grove from our home. More
