Big help during a very rough time. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. I can't remember everyone's name, but from the finance person to the individual who tried to explain all of the Tundras features to me, everyone was very informative and knowledgeable. My recent purchase I found a used vehicle that I'd been trying to find for awhile. When I saw it on the their website at 8:30 on Sunday night I called to see if it was s I found a used vehicle that I'd been trying to find for awhile. When I saw it on the their website at 8:30 on Sunday night I called to see if it was still there. They said it must be a new listing as they didn't know about it yet...and I believe that because the last one I saw was that I was interested in was gone within a day! The gentleman I talked with was very friendly and helpful, he took a minute and located it and said yes it was still there. I said I was interested but was coming from about 3 hours away to see it. He responded that they would hold it for me until noon on Monday, the next day. He was very reassuring. Unfortunately I don't know this gentlemans name....too excited by prospect of "new" car. When I arrived there they immediately took me to the saleman, Sean Nguyen, who was an extremely delightful man. He took me out for the test drive, we checked the vehicle out, gave me the history of the vehicle that they had, and it was comprehensive. He walked me through all the preliminary documents and then handed me over to another gentleman who wrote the whole thing up and completed my purchase. Everyone I dealt with was extremely polite, friendly and eager to help. I received a call to confirm that all was ok, and a thank you note and email with contact information if I needed something. Once I calmed down and looked at the vehicle I realized I was missing the rear tonneau cover that was listed to with the vehicle. I called to find out about it and they confirmed the interior color and asked where to ship it to and that was it. Fabulous service and I've spread the word to everyone about the service and the deal! Certainly where I'll be sending anybody who asks...and many have when they saw the condition of my purchase! I was a little confused about the Gap insurance and went ahead with my own insurance through AAA which was one third of the insurance that had been offered through the dealership. I would strongly recommend shopping around for the insurance. Overall, my experience with this dealership has been very good. I believe I got a much better deal here than I would have in Placerville or Folsom. It didn’t seem like either of those dealerships would work with me on the price of a new car which was disappointing. The service department provided excellent service especially Charles Linck and Victor Reynoso when they both explained to me on two different telephone conversations the reason why my check engine light had come on by not getting the gas cap on correctly. I was pretty concerned that maybe I had bought a lemon. They both did a great job in calming my nerves unlike Vanessa, another service department associate I spoke with who was definitely less than calming or helpful and made me more upset and concerned about my new car purchase. I think it would be helpful if she learned a bit more about just being nice! Anyway, I love my NEW AVALON!!!!! Many Thanks! By the way Patrick Sliney the Fianance Manager terrific too! More

Great service as always! With an appointment you get in quickly. Staff are very friendly and answer all your questions. In/out in a reasonable amount of time. Not good, work should be done at night when not so many customers are there and one bathroom at a time so there is at least one available. More
