Great Service & Maintenance The service people were nice enough to call and remind me of my upcoming service and were very helpful in scheduling an appointment. We arrived a l The service people were nice enough to call and remind me of my upcoming service and were very helpful in scheduling an appointment. We arrived a little early, so my wife could get help in configuring the blue tooth features. A very nice young lady (we forgot her name) from the CSI department was very helpful and came out to the car to help set things up and show us how it worked. Dwayne from the service department came right out to greet us when we pulled in a little early for our appointment and was very cordial and prompt to get us processed. We were very comfortable in the waiting room and the scheduled oil change and related maintenance did not take very long to complete. We love our new Highlander and are very happy with the service and maintenance support from Elk Grove Toyota. More
