I took my Rav 4 in because the driver seat seemed to be "loose?". The seat would shift forward and back slightly when braking or accelerating. Elk Grove Toyota said they could not find an issue. I have b "loose?". The seat would shift forward and back slightly when braking or accelerating. Elk Grove Toyota said they could not find an issue. I have been driving with this movement in the driver seat ever since. Now the seat is stuck. I can not move the seat forward or back. Toyota charged me for the first visit when they did nothing, and now it will be another $185 just to inspect. If they do find that my seat is stuck, the $185 inspection fee will not cover or be applied to any work they might perform on my vehicle. I'm venting my frustration here. I don't know what else to do. When going in for general maintenance on my vehicle, the service center has been efficient and friendly. I have been very satisfied with this area of service in Elk Grove. I'm obviously not happy in the area of Repairs. More

I have had the pleasure of purchasing 2 vehicles from Elk Grove Toyota and it has to be one of the best if not THE best experience both times that I have ever had dealing with ANY dealership. Regina helped m Grove Toyota and it has to be one of the best if not THE best experience both times that I have ever had dealing with ANY dealership. Regina helped me both times locating the vehicle I needed and went above and beyond in making sure every thing went smoothly and we got exactly the vehicle we wanted and NO MSRP markup !! What a huge difference between them and other dealers in the Bay Area and other locations that are GOUGING buyers right now specially on hybrids. Regina was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the whole process like clock work. The sales rep and finance dept reps were also pleasant and efficient and the whole process both times could not have been better. I don't think I will ever look anywhere else if I am ever buying a Toyota. Despite a drive for me from the Bay Area, I will always return to Elk Grove for my future Toyota needs. Heartening to see a dealership with some compassion for the buyer these days. More
