I truly apologize for you hitting the red pole. We do have it there so people do not hit the building directly behind it. We have not had any issues with customers hitting this pole from parking spot 107 since there is a driving lane between parking spot 107 and the red pole and building. I definitely understand your frustrations with damaging your vehicle. I have addressed your concerns about this parking spot with our upper management. We truly do value your time and your business. One accident is too many accidents on a dealership property. Safety should be a priority. The parking stalls are too close to the building and pole. As a customer, I brought my car to be service. I never dreamed it would be damaged on leaving. I sincerely regret bringing my truck in for service. I strongly suggest providing customers with easy departure access. The customer should not have to drive through an obstacle course of cars. It would be prudent to have the vehicles parked in the main service area with someone available to ensure a safe departure. As I stated, at this time, I do not feel valued or appreciated by this dealership. Thank you for responding.

In this case, I felt is was necessary and beneficial to let others know of my experience and to draw their own conclusions. I was under the impression that all the Toyota service centers were the same. This is not the case and it requires doing your homework. Thanks again.

Duong was precise on his work made the hard part seem very simple. He has great knowledge of his work and he’s a great salesman as well. Izzea knocked it out of the ballpark don’t let his young age and looks fool you, he is very well trained and versed on what he does.
