This is the 6 or so Jeep I’ve purchased or leased from Elmwood. This is the 3rd Grand Cherokee and ive bought 2 wrangler unlimited and 1 gladiator. I had my car serviced on December 31 and Scott was the service person that work with me to get my car serviced?. I’m giving him a five star rating because he was outstanding as far as knowing all the aspe service person that work with me to get my car serviced?. I’m giving him a five star rating because he was outstanding as far as knowing all the aspects of my jeep grand Cherokee, going over all the items that needed attention, and took great care getting everything fixed and serviced. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to get along, while insuring I was satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. It’s drlighted to know I have a dealership I can go to where I now get top notch service. Prior experiences at a rival’s dealerships were not the good. More
