All Smiles So I went to Elmwood initially to take a test drive of a car that was a few years older with a good number of miles but one that I thought would fit m So I went to Elmwood initially to take a test drive of a car that was a few years older with a good number of miles but one that I thought would fit my budget and needs. Not only was Sherman the first person I saw on the lot he had a great big friendly smile to welcome me! Sherman Jones took it on himself to help me find exactly what I needed but also what I wanted! He was fully honest about the car I was there to look at and about the dealership. Not only was he determined to find me a vehicle that was better than what I expected but also one that I would love to own! Before I had even decided to purchase a vehicle he took me around the whole dealership and introduced me to the team! Every one of the staff working at Elmwood was warm and genuine and by the end of the tour I was all smiles ! Made me feel like a VIP! After he knew I was sold on the dealership it was just a matter of finding the right fit for a vehicle and making it all work. The whole process was no-pressure and totally just fun! Sherman worked hard to get me the right deal and now I ended up in a very good looking and solid Jeep that I LOVE. There were two others on the Elmwood team that also stood out and did everything they could to make sure I had an awesome time; Vinny Asermely helped me out tremendously when it came down to the financial side of things- he was definitely looking out for MY best interest and I really appreciated that.
