Amazing Experience.....Everyone was so helpful!!! I went to Elmwood Doge last week just to get an idea of what my 2010 Jeep would be worth as a trade in on a pre-owned Jeep. While I was there Richard I went to Elmwood Doge last week just to get an idea of what my 2010 Jeep would be worth as a trade in on a pre-owned Jeep. While I was there Richard Miranda sat with us and gave us our options.....He then explained why leasing would be a better option for me as a small buisness owner.....not only did I leave that same day with a Brand new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited...I left with a check in my pocket for my Jeep. Best car buying experience ever! I had been researching the Jeep Wrangler for a couple of weeks. I had called various dealerships for information and physically visited a few. I wasn I had been researching the Jeep Wrangler for a couple of weeks. I had called various dealerships for information and physically visited a few. I wasn't 'wowed' by any of them-they didn't ask me questions or give the impression that they wanted to help me. I then called Elmwood Chrysler Dodge and Marcio answered the phone. He was chipper, polite as can be, and excited to be talking to me. I asked him a few questions and he shared a lot of new information. He told me things about the Jeep no one bothered to tell me. We had a really good conversation. I have to say, he made a very good first impression over the phone. Later that week, I came in to test drive the Wrangler and he was even more impressive in person. He sincerely wanted to help me and he did. I purchased the car later that night. He then introduced us to Noel the Finance Manager. He too had a great personality and went out of his way to obtain an even better financing rate than the one that originally was offered. He did not have to do that- he didn't know us- and he went to bat for us. We really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend this dealership and be sure to ask for Marcio in Sales! I am currently a student interning at a hospital where there is minimal cell phone service, so I am unable to answer calls all day. He took the time to text me to keep updated during the whole process between getting my insurance updated to answering any questions I had. My dad had to co sign for my car and Justin had someone drive up to Massachusetts to get a signature from him! Overall, this was a great experience!! I recommend Justin to anyone seeking to by a car.
