My husband and I went back that weekend and leased our first SUV! What an experience. Ryan was phenomenal. He answered every question with out hesitation and in great detail which settled all my concerns about leasing vs buying. He was just the nicest salesperson I ever came in contact with in all my car buying experiences. My husband and I left there not feeling cheated or unsure of our purchase. Every time I have ever brought a car (4 previous cars) I have always just felt taken advantage of in some way. Not with Ryan and not at Elmwood. Amazing car buying experience! I just recently bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I couldn't of had a better car buying experience. I walked into the dealership meeting Richi I just recently bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I couldn't of had a better car buying experience. I walked into the dealership meeting Richie Ruggiero Jr. He instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. He took me right outside to show me the Jeep I was interested in and explained every option that it offered as well as how it worked. I could tell right away how much he loves his job, how much he knew about the vehicle, and how great of a person he is. I cannot say enough about everyone involved in my transaction and how helpful everyone was to me. Dennis Freeman was informative and not pushy during the actual car buying process. We made the numbers work and I had myself a brand new Jeep that I now love driving. Noel Tavarez was amazing on the financial end and worked hard to get me the best rate. Even after I bought the Jeep the customer service has been 2nd to none with anything i've needed or questions. Richie has truly gone above and beyond. Loving my new truck I have been a customer of Elmwood's for several years. When it was time to find a new vehicle, I looked there first. I had received a call from Eniezer Rios asking if I was in the market, so when I went down to look at a few I saw online, I asked for him. He was very knowledgeable about both of the cars my wife and I were interested in. After a couple of test drives, we settled on a car and began the process. He was very helpful getting the deal done, and when I returned to take delivery, he was even more helpful as I wanted to have a few things taken care of. He was very friendly and courteous, and great to deal with. Overall, I am not an easy customer to deal with, Eniezer was very professional, and I am very happy with the car and the deal I got. The finance guy, Vinny, is also awesome to work with and will take good care of you, and I'm very pleased to have him wrap up all the paperwork.
