Amazing car buying experience! I just recently bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I couldn't of had a better car buying experience. I walked into the dealership meeting Richi I just recently bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I couldn't of had a better car buying experience. I walked into the dealership meeting Richie Ruggiero Jr. He instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. He took me right outside to show me the Jeep I was interested in and explained every option that it offered as well as how it worked. I could tell right away how much he loves his job, how much he knew about the vehicle, and how great of a person he is. I cannot say enough about everyone involved in my transaction and how helpful everyone was to me. Dennis Freeman was informative and not pushy during the actual car buying process. We made the numbers work and I had myself a brand new Jeep that I now love driving. Noel Tavarez was amazing on the financial end and worked hard to get me the best rate. Even after I bought the Jeep the customer service has been 2nd to none with anything i've needed or questions. Richie has truly gone above and beyond. I wouldn't buy a car from any other dealership other than Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or salesperson but Richie from here on out. More

I had received a call from Eniezer Rios asking if I was in the market, so when I went down to look at a few I saw online, I asked for him. He was very knowledgeable about both of the cars my wife and I were interested in. After a couple of test drives, we settled on a car and began the process. He was very helpful getting the deal done, and when I returned to take delivery, he was even more helpful as I wanted to have a few things taken care of. He was very friendly and courteous, and great to deal with. Overall, I am not an easy customer to deal with, Eniezer was very professional, and I am very happy with the car and the deal I got. The finance guy, Vinny, is also awesome to work with and will take good care of you, and I'm very pleased to have him wrap up all the paperwork. Have I got a surprise for you, they were the total opposite. I was treated like a human being instead of a check book they were up front and honest, legitimately. From James pairing me with Richard who is excellent and Ben with the game changing super assist and Noel being thorough and simplifying the financial end, my visit here will not be my last. My experiences each time keep getting better and better. This could be partially attributed to my no longer participating in the "game", so to speak, that a car buying experience can turn into. None the less, my experience at Elmwood was good. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to look at, having reviewed two Jeeps online. Marcio was the sales rep that greeted me when I stepped foot onto the lot. It was a pretty straightforward transaction of indicating which Jeeps I was there to see, picking my top option, and taking it for a drive. The back and forth negotiations over price was limited. I knew what my trade was worth going in, and was offered within that range. Could I have potentially tried to get more for it? Sure. Was it worth playing the previously mention car buying "game" of squabbling for more? No. I was offered a fair value for my trade, and they moved their price on the Jeep a fair amount as well, in my opinion. The only negative I really have is that the listing indicated the Jeep also came with the "removable soft top", which turns out to have been an inaccuracy. Marcio was great. Friendly. Facilitated the sale as needed. Prepped the Jeep nicely while I was going through the finance process so I could limit the amount of time needed to transfer between the two vehicles. More

It was recommended by a family member that we buy from Richard Miranda who, we were told, made their car buying experience easy. Richard was great to work with as we test drove two vehicles, haggled over price, and settled on a vehicle that had all the perks, but was priced higher than we wanted. Unfortunately, it wasn't the blue one we initially wanted as the interior was too light a color for our five kids. Vinnie (in finance) worked with us to to get the price down a little and got the monthly payments where we wanted them to be. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll be going back when we need another vehicle (which hopefully won't be for a few years). Thanks Elmwood, Richard, and Vinnie. More
