The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. The Murphy family has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. For example, our Tony Martino led our top quality Service Department from 1990-2025 and Dave Carson - our Parts Manager has been keeping parts for repairs and accessories stocked since 1996. There are also veteran Sales Associates like Ken Collinngs, Ronnie Sjahfiedin, and Brian Nascarella - each with decades of Toyota experience, Joanne Brandrup - our welcoming receptionist since 1989, and Mike Conroy - our General Sales Manager has been keeping everything on track since the start in 1982!

I have had an excellent relationship with Falmouth Toyota since 2011 when I bought a new Prius from them, and had it serviced every 5000 miles. It was an excellent car., but the axle broke and. I wanted to buy from them because the product and service was so exceptional. I called , saying that I needed to buy a car and the operator gave me salesman Ronnie Skahfeiden. He hung in there with me and found me a 2026 Prius which I am very happy with. Thank you Ronnie! And I also want to thank Derek Ditmars who sat in the car with me and my 2 friends who drove me there and explained all the new tech features in the car. He did an outstanding job!
