Over and Above Customer Service! I have been a fan of Falmouth Toyota since we bought our Highlander several years ago. However, after having excellent experiences with both the sale I have been a fan of Falmouth Toyota since we bought our Highlander several years ago. However, after having excellent experiences with both the sales and service departments in the past three weeks, I am an even BIGGER fan! The sales department is responsive without being pushy and was helpful and courteous from the moment I expressed interest in a car I saw online until the day I drove it off the lot! Last week, I had a problem with the Highlander and was heading out of town - Taylor told me to come right over and they would take care of the problem. Not only did they take care of the problem, they did it in less time than another Cape Cod Toyota dealership had told me it would take and at half the price! Once again, the service department was responsive and courteous and made sure I understood what the problem was and how it could be fixed. Look no further…Falmouth Toyota is the place to go for both sales and service! More
