Another Great Experience at Falmouth Toyota Went in after receiving an email and wanted to talk about car options and lowering my monthly payment. We test drove all three cars and although it was getting close to closing time, they stayed with us and helped us select the newly designed Corolla. John was very knowledgeable on the accessories of all the cars and I left feeling very happy and picked the car up a couple of days later. I really liked my experience with the dealership and Jack Moloney the s I purchased a RAV 4 in May 2014. This was my second experience with Falmouth. I really liked my experience with the dealership and Jack Moloney the sales rep. Jack was very positive, friendly and knowledgeable about the car and dealership. I visited early on in my car buying process February and not buying until May or June. I asked not to be harassed and I would be back as I loved my last RAV 4. Jack respected that request, he reached out once and then waited until I was ready. That level of respect for the customers wishes goes a long way and when I was ready there was no doubt of my return to Falmouth Toyota and of course to Jack. He helped make this whole buying experience a very pleasant one. I hope I won't be ready to buy another car soon but when the day comes my first and more than likely my last stop to purchase a car will be to Jack and Falmouth. When I picked up the car Jack was waiting for me and was ready at the time I told him I would arrive. The finishing steps were done, paper work etc,, the first service appointment was scheduled, then the inspection and sticker was applied. At that time Jack took me out to the car and took all the time I needed to show me all the new and updated features on my new car. I love the car and truly had an extremely positive with the purchase, Jack Moloney and Falmouth Toyota. My experience with the dealership also extends to their service department in the years I had my last Toyota. All those I have had the pleasure to interface with have been wonderful. They worked on my time frame; I was able to mostly email; didn't have to haggle on the phone, or in person. Actually, I didn't get haggled at ALL. They got me into a car that had more options (nicer model) than I was looking, with a price that was less than I was expecting to pay. They gave me almost double for my trade (compared to both a Honda dealership and Ford). They (Nick Schmit specifically) went above and beyond what any dealer ever had. He broke down two different Rav4 models- the price I'd pay each month if I leased vs bought new and how much I'd have to put down to make the numbers work. He provided real options for me to think over without being pressured for that purchase. He wasn't pushing me into a sale, but actually helping me find my perfect car. Which I did! He was genuine and kind. I felt valued and I do believe I got a good deal on my car. What also made things easy, they inspected and registered my car on site before I left the lot. I didn't have to wait at the dmv to sort out any of the paperwork; they did it for me. They even worked out the paperwork with my insurance company. All the work I had to do was lift a pen to sign! So, when I walked into Falmouth Toyota, it I'd been dreading the whole car buying process, knowing how most dealerships try to manipulate customers. So, when I walked into Falmouth Toyota, it was with some trepidation. I was trading in a 2003 Toyota that had been totally trouble free, but felt it was time. The sales manager, Keith, introduced my husband and I to Brian, and from then on, the whole car buying experience was not only a good experience, it was actually pleasant and fun. Brian didn't try any of the typical sales tactics that we'd encountered in the past, he didn't manipulate the cost or the charges, and he didn't try to sell us what we didn't want. He actually asked us what we wanted, we knew (2014.5 Toyota Camry) what we wanted, found it in the parking lot, and that was that. I'm still amazed at the professionalism and courtesy of everyone we interacted with. As a matter of fact, I highly recommended the dealership to my friend who went up the following week and leased a vehicle. Much to my surprise, a week later, I received a $50 thank you check. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else ever for a new or used vehicle. More
