Not TRUE I went shoping for a new 2014 Highlander xle , Very few on the lots and no price breaks. I was getting ready to order one in my color and wait 8 weeks for delivery. Just on a whim i call toyota in Falmouth. "What a surprise, They had one in my color and quoted me a price almost 2K less than the quotes i had from Boston. Sales person (Ken) was excellent. If the toyota your looking for is on their lot, give them a try. You will be pleasantly surprised. The customer here is the center of attension, not the dealership. Happy car shopping! I was pleased at the way Nick handled the transaction and follow through. There was no hard sell. Ray was helpful to both of us in locating a model and trim level I wanted. I had done a lot of background research on models and pricing and wasn't trying to get some super deal just a fair price. The final cost with extras was right on the Edmunds comparable price. At pick up, Nick had all the work done and the process was smooth, quick and without surprises. If the service department works as well as the sales department I will be a happy customer. More

We test drove all three cars and although it was getting close to closing time, they stayed with us and helped us select the newly designed Corolla.
