Coby Signs was the salesman we first me when entering the showroom. After deciding to purchase a Camry (one in the lot...but not my first choice color) when I came back to pick it up I saw a Prius V that was a color I loved. Despite all the paperwork involved to change from one car to another Coby never complained and kept smiling through the whole ordeal. (Of course, it might have helped that we ended up purchasing TWO Prius cars that day... :) My husband and I have bought several new cars from Falmouth Toyota and the MAIN thing that keeps us coming back is the wonderful service department. My Prius C's mirror got clipped in a drive-by while I was sitting in it parked--under 1800 miles so of course I want it to be good as new and I was majorly impressed at how the insurance adjuster and the was sitting in it parked--under 1800 miles so of course I want it to be good as new and I was majorly impressed at how the insurance adjuster and the service manager conspired to get me the new mirror at the same cost I'll be reimbursed by the insurance company. Importantly, while I was there getting it done there was resolution to one after another of other people's service. Like clockwork that place and that's a good thing because I am (for good reason) a very skeptical consumer when it comes to cars so if they have enough work I rest easier that they won't be pokin' around doing what isn't needed on my beloved gas sipping Prius C. I';m in my sixties and I was called "a girl' which is a bit odd -- something about gender culture at that place but we don't need to review THAT ... we just want our cars taken care of well. BTW -- price for the work was LESS than estimate; Tony calls himself a "dealmaker" and he worked it out. I applaud that. More
