He found the exact car I wanted, offered the best price on the Cape, and made closing the deal absolutely painless. He explained every detail in a language that made it easy to understand, wasn't in a rush, and called me at home today to make sure the car was OK and that I was happy. The finance person (sorry, can't remember her name) was great, too. I'll tell 'ya...he and Falmouth Toyota are tops in my book. Every auto dealer should be as friendly, helpful, and efficient as Falmouth Toyota!!! More
