Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

They go the extra mile to please you! I wanted a 2020 LXE. They didn’t have it. I bought the 2020 LE RAV4. I recently purchased a new 2021 Toyota Venza from Falmouth Toyota. My salesperson was Jeff Cummings. He was extremely professional and very responsive to my requirements. The sales process was vey comfortable and moved along very quickly. The process including my time with the business manager Justin White was minus all the histrionics that we have all experienced at different dealerships. They did not have the exact car that I was interested in due to the Venza only being available for a couple weeks and very limited inventory in Massachusetts. But within 24 hours, they were able to search and locate the exact model and spec that I wanted and it was on their lot the next day. From start to finish, Jeff Cummings was upfront in setting expectation as to his ability to get the car I wanted based on current limited inventory nationwide which was very much appreciated. All in all, a great customer experience and I would recommend Jeff and Falmouth Toyota without any reservation. More
