The process including my time with the business manager Justin White was minus all the histrionics that we have all experienced at different dealerships. They did not have the exact car that I was interested in due to the Venza only being available for a couple weeks and very limited inventory in Massachusetts. But within 24 hours, they were able to search and locate the exact model and spec that I wanted and it was on their lot the next day. From start to finish, Jeff Cummings was upfront in setting expectation as to his ability to get the car I wanted based on current limited inventory nationwide which was very much appreciated. All in all, a great customer experience and I would recommend Jeff and Falmouth Toyota without any reservation. More
