Falmouth Toyota has been owned by Tom Murphy since 1982. The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. Tom Murphy has created a business that genuinely cares about its customers and its employees. That is why you continually see the same faces everytime you come here for service or sales and we see the same customers over and over again. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.
Your sales experience here will be different than anything else you will experience at another dealership. Our salespeople know their product and have all been with us for several years. Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

Great, Honest Service Ken Collings is an excellent sales rep- honest, and very informative- he took the time to educate us on the purchase. Ken took the time and patience to allow her to understand the process, how payments, finance, credit and loans work so she was able to make an educated decision. Drake Fontaine, a former student of mine, took the time to come out and say hi and to let us know he was there to take care of us in the service department- outstanding! John O'Keefe was able to reduce our finance rate- yes, he actually reduced it through looking into what was best for my daughter. A total team and one that I can honestly say was looking out for the customer's best interest. We will be back to Falmouth Toyota. More

After enduring an absolutely excruciating experience at Chambers Lexus Hingham, I returned to Falmouth Toyota where we have purchased two cars in the After enduring an absolutely excruciating experience at Chambers Lexus Hingham, I returned to Falmouth Toyota where we have purchased two cars in the past. Although I thought I was interested in my third Lexus, there weren't many to choose from at Falmouth. I looked at a couple of very low miled Camry's. Although "OK", I mentioned to Brian my salesman, "I wish I liked this car more." My issue was a 4 rather than a 6 cylinder. Brian suggested an Avalone. I test drove one, it was great and I was ready to buy. No pressure, Brian just solved a problem. We discussed the deal and said I wanted to think about it...no problem said Brian...again, elegant! I called back with a small adjusted counter offer which was immediately accepted. I went back the next day and made the purchase. I mentioned to Brian that there were no floor mats in the car or truck. He said that they were probably thrown our when the car was reconditioned. 5 days later, new factory made Toyota Avalon mats arrived at my door. Once again, elegant! Overall, a GREAT experience, a very fair deal with excellent customer service all the way around. More
