The dealership has grown over the years because of both Toyota's success as a manufacturer in building some of the best vehicles in the world and Falmouth Toyota's commitment to its customers and its employees. For example, our Service Manager Tony Martino has been with us since 1990, Dave Carson Parts manager since 1996, David Digravio sales consultant since 1989, Joanne Brandrup receptionist since 1989 or Mike Conroy General Sales Manager since 1982! You will also always see Tom Murphy Sr and his sons, Matt Murphy the general manager and Tom Murphy Jr the internet manager, at the dealership.

Our service department has some of the best technicians in the business, such as Brian Bertrand who just received his Master Diagnostic Technician certification, which involved years or schooling, classes and a final exam that took approximately 30 hours to complete! Our mechanics have decades and decades of combined Toyota experience which means they know how to diagnose even the toughest problems and give your Toyota the proper maintenance it needs.

wonderful purchase experience I decided to purchase a new or used Tacoma. Called sales and was connected to Maria we discussed a few available certified Tacoma's and decided on one I decided to purchase a new or used Tacoma. Called sales and was connected to Maria we discussed a few available certified Tacoma's and decided on one, I arrived the next day, Saturday and left with the truck. Driving home and over Sunday I decided I couldn't make practical use of the short bed length and decided to make whatever deal I needed to get a different truck. Called Maria Monday morning and explained my problem. She quickly got back and said because it wasnt registered yet and nor was my trade in I could bring it back and we could start over. Tuesday I returned and the new truck we discussed was ready to go we made a quick and pleasant swap and I drove home to the Vineyard in a truck with 7 miles on it got good value for my 2014 and am very happy how things worked out Thank you Falmouth Toyota management and Maria. Skittish Customer Delighted by Genius Salesperson Justin is exactly as he appears in his photo: friendly, warm, kind, and open. He patiently answered my many, many questions via e-mail, laughed at my stupid jokes, and did not laugh at my fear of driving a Prius on the freeway after 12 years with a Yaris. He patiently explained all the car's unfamiliar features and was unfazed by my novice negotiating. I admit I was freaked out at the thought of buying a new car--very scared of the whole process. As an older single woman I'm used to people trying to rip me off, but with Justin there were no mind games, no attempts to jack up the price, and no deception--WYSIWYG. I would highly recommend this salesperson to anyone who is looking for a new or used car. He's a delight. Give him a raise, Falmouth Toyota! (Justin White and Tom Murphy were also very helpful.
