They seem to be a bit short staffed. I needed a new engine, and it took a week for them to evaluate the car. From there another week to communicate the information to Hyundai Corporate. I needed a new engine, and it took a week for them to evaluate the car. From there another week to communicate the information to Hyundai Corporate. During those two week the service rep was not timely in providing text updates. I called in and waited for over 30min, sometimes without speaking to someone because the call would hang up. Once the engine was in, the work took a little over a week to be completed. At the time of pick-up, no service person was available to walk me through all of the work and findings which was not appreciated. I called the following day and received a timely response. All in all, the service quality seems to be there but seems to be a bit over shadowed by the lack of hands on deck. More
