Clarifying, Tom said he ordered a part and indicated may have car back this week but then went radio silent. He replied today (day and a half later) that he is off on vacation for a week and he “hoped the dealership let us know”. I agree, I would hope that would have happened was well. Either way, the car gets fixed and that is mute but neither has occurred to date. Texting your rep (that is non responsive and then goes on vacation, albeit related) seems like a less thank optimal system. Thank you.
