Check on was nice and professional. After car was finished I was left a message to pick it up. Nothing was said about the 45,000 mile service. Once I had paid and gone to the car, I read the paperwork. Even though my tires were still in the green, I read that there was dry rot and should be replaced. It stated I had refused this work. That never happened. I returned and spoke to who gave me the paperwork and they said.. no worries, I could still drive another 10,000 miles like that. After I went home I still felt uncomfortable about the whole thing. I called and spoke to someone in service about it. She said they should be changed. Very nice and polite. My tires weren’t rotated either and thus my brakes were listed as DNI. Not happy with lack of completeness of service and lack of communication. More

This trip renewed my faith in Family. Jahia, my service contact, was such a positive experience. I am a caretake and needed to be in/out asap. She offered a ride back to home and pick up...didn't know that was available. I refused this time because the estimated time of service was better than expected. She kept me informed of the service on my car...assuring me it would be completed when expected. Alleviated my worrying about getting out in time. And the best part, she scheduled my appt for my next oil change..no worries about waiting 30+ days to get an appt. Overall just a wonderful experience. More
Had 0815 oil change appointment and was told my 2022 santa cruz had an open recall . Was told it would be finished in 90 minutes . Over 4 hours later got truck . Called back 4 times to get hung up on by automated voicemail . Left 4 messages on voice-mail and never was given the courtesy of a callback . Calling Hyundai headquarters Monday!!!
