Have patience. Call at least two months prior to needing service. Short staffed. They do a good job but the wait to get your car in for service is ridiculous. The service I received here was awful. Whoever is in charge of the service department should be fired. When I call I kept getting out on hold so I would have to drive there just for them to tell me they are busy and they’ll get to it. The service rep took me through unnecessary hassles to get through what should have been a simple and straightforward process. More importantly there are still some unresolvedbad issues, as it pertains to get through what should have been a simple and straightforward process. More importantly there are still some unresolvedbad issues, as it pertains to the unfortunate damage done to my catalytic converter. This was caused by so much oil going into it from the faulty engine. I am just finding this out as a result of having a diagnostic done on the converter. I will be requesting that this damage be addresses by Hyundai because their faculty engine is the sole cause of the issue. More
