Service manager rude and condescending, I had appt for recall but there was another recall I wasn’t aware of. He basically blamed me for hole in frame because I didn’t come to his shop for oil changes, To recall but there was another recall I wasn’t aware of. He basically blamed me for hole in frame because I didn’t come to his shop for oil changes, Told me car was trashed and to park it when I got home. Told me to call Hyundai and if they offered a buy back to take it. Also told me he had a year backlog and once he had opening it would take 2 months to fix. Then he told service rep to give me my keys. I have always owned Hyundai vehicles and currently own 2. I took my car to certified mechanic who does all my oil changes and he was able to fix problem same day. I will never deal with Family Hyundai again and neither will my family and friends. More
