I went in for a 7500 mile maintenance, Is the gasket around my oil filter was not attached properly And all of my oil ran out. The service manager arranged to have my car told and all of my expenses p around my oil filter was not attached properly And all of my oil ran out. The service manager arranged to have my car told and all of my expenses paid. My car was backup and running by that evening. Because of the mistake I cannot rate them higher But thank you for getting me back on the road. More

Very disappointed with the wait time. I brought my car in for a recall and made the first appointment for 7am and was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. After waiting 2 hours I went to as I brought my car in for a recall and made the first appointment for 7am and was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hours. After waiting 2 hours I went to ask how much longer. I was told no more then 30 minutes. I was finally called 50 minutes later. I hate going here for any type of service. I wish they would be honest about the wait time. I waited almost double the amount of time I was told. I had first appointment time of the day so they couldn't have been backed up. More
