Normally, I would give 5 stars but my last visit for an oil change I arrived a half hour before the shop opened (around 6:30a.m.). I was the 4th car in line. Always in and out within an hour or so. Now… oil change I arrived a half hour before the shop opened (around 6:30a.m.). I was the 4th car in line. Always in and out within an hour or so. Now….the question is asked about having an appointment. I never needed one in the past for an oil change. Now, my usual 1 hour oil change took over 4 hours!!!! More
