When I arrived for my appointment, I was immediately met by a service writer (Rich I think) who signed me in. We then went to his desk for a five minute conversation about the reason for my visit. I left my vehicle and was called a few hours that it was ready for pickup. When I returned, I waited a couple of minutes and was given a copy of the repair report and my keys. A very well run operation. I am very satisfied with Family Hyundai. More
