I was very satisfied with every aspect of this appointment! The staff was very friendly!! My car was worked on in a very timely manner! Matt was very pleasant and understanding. I give him 5 stars. I dont feel the repair employees even read the paperwork listing issues. First visit they never fixed a small issue. Next to I give him 5 stars. I dont feel the repair employees even read the paperwork listing issues. First visit they never fixed a small issue. Next to times they didnt complete work. Both times I had appointments, waited at least any hour and half only to be told they need to order parts. Now i will have another long wait in the lobby for this last issue. If they read the paperwork in the first place my time would not be wasted. Wonder if my car wasn’t in warranty and they would pay more attention. I purchased my last two cars from Family and have gone there for all repairs. Little nervous now to even go for oil changes. Wonder if they really do what they say. More
