I had a nice experience with Matt Casey. He answered all of my questions in a polite and professional way. My only complaint was that when trying to book my service appointment it was a 5-week wait for my 7 of my questions in a polite and professional way. My only complaint was that when trying to book my service appointment it was a 5-week wait for my 7500 miles service check. At that point, I was well over that mileage. Once there, however, my car was serviced within 2 hours with a nice washing as well. I am very pleased with Family Hyundai and the courtesy of the entire staff. More
