I went in for just an oil change but needed a few more services. Great service all around and Rubin was great! Called and made an appointment for the recall and added a tire rotation. Get there for my appointment only to be told the parts for the recall aren't in. My question is, why wasn't I informed when I made t tire rotation. Get there for my appointment only to be told the parts for the recall aren't in.
